Tristan Lebson

My name is Tristan Lebson and I'm from New City, New York. I played lacrosse and was captain as well as team MVP of my football team at Clarkstown North High School where I graduated with the class of 2020. I would love to be able to pass on my knowledge of the sports and fitness by teaching drills and exercises that I used throughout my whole life as an athlete. Beyond this I would love to be able to share the valuable lessons that sports has taught me in fun and effective ways.
