Russ has been playing competitive baseball for 12+ years. He is a 2x State Champion at Staples High School. He won a FCIAC Conference title. Went all Division as a senior, and had an undefeated record throughout High School. Started league championship game as a junior. He currently plays Club Baseball at the University Of Connecticut. Russell has worked numerous little league clinics and camps teaching kids baseball skills
